
Italian flat leaf parsley here. I also harvested basil, mint, rosemary, sage, and thyme. I'll be making and freezing pesto later today with the rest of my basil.

The house has an old cold cellar or crawl space that I'm using to dry the herbs.

I have lots of rosehips too, from my rugosa roses. Does anyone know how to dry rosehips for tea?
Ohhh! Looks great. I want some pesto too! ;-)
