Stonesetting

I'll show you some fuzzy iphone pics of my latest jewelry pieces in progress.  I'll take good pictures tonight.
 
I'm teaching myself stonesetting using less conventional settings.  There is a blue zircon tucked into the oval space near the tail of the silver paisley pendant.  The charm on the right is moonstone set in silver.



I love a thicker chunky look in stone settings.  I'm using the book Creative Stonesetting by John Cogswell
