Yes we're moving!

Our house and workshop are for sale, on 4.2 acres with incredible views, 30 miles south of La Crosse, Wisconsin. http://tinyurl.com/lalst5

We are moving to the house my grandparents used to own, in Southern Illinois, at the end of July. In the meantime,
  • I am making small fun bits of jewelry in the studio.
  • I'm trying to pack one box a day and declutter one bag of "stuff" a day.
  • preparing for the big auction we are having on July 11th.
  • doing normal household stuff.
  • doing kid stuff as always.

I'll update you with pictures of jewelry in a few days. For the most part, I am working on fun quicker pieces, that I can work on in small bits of time.

We are scaling down our possessions with Bill's retirement and this move, so are planning a big auction on July 11th. We are getting our work and studio to the point where it's easy to pack up and travel with- so jewelry, chasing, japanese inlay and embellishment techniques, and very small scale forging with a portable propane forge.

During the auction we'll be selling welders, one anvil, some nice post vices, belt grinder, all sorts of miscellaneous tools, and even furniture. I'll keep you posted!
