I got back from Peters Valley on late Wednesday night, after 18 hours of driving. I've since spent the last 4 days goofing off with my family. We've picked blackberries, read Star Wars books, cooked, spent time at the Minnesota Zoo, watched tv, and played the usual video and mmorpg games.
oh, if you haven't noticed- I am now addicted to my blackberry phone's camera- fun and simple.

I had a great class, more women than men for a change. Just so happens that the one male student lives in the same area as I do and knows my husband. Nels, if you are reading, yes I do have your tools.

You bring joy to my heart, both with the pictures from the great workshop held in beautiful Peters Valley, and that YOU PICKED UP MY TOOLS! I was feeling quite down being without them. I've made it mostly through the book "Moving Metal", and now see several other tools that I would like to make.
