Anise and Pistachio
My favorites are the Pistachio Biscotti. Son likes the Anise best, dunked in milk.
Daughter prefers traditional
I made these oatmeal shortbread cookies dipped in semi-sweet chocolate, one of my favorites, a little salty, and not too sweet.

Merry Christmas! That biscotti looks nummy, as does the shortbread. Maybe I will make chocolate-dipped shortbread tomorrow. It's one of my favorites.

wow that biscotti looks YUMMY!! You are a spoiled woman =D I'll have to see about getting my hubby to make something like that! He loves to cook and has never tried biscotti. He does scones and says one of his new year's resolutions is to bake more. I guess that makes me one spoiled woman too!
